Cohort 1 Starts Monday, November 9

You're the best person in the building. Nobody outside it knows.

In 90 days, build the six systems that make you findable, hireable and paid outside your company. A website that ranks for what you do, a public profile, a content engine, a registered business, expert network access, and a priced offer.

Online classes on your schedule. A live session with Noel every week.

In order

Applications are read in the order they arrive. You hear back within 48 hours.

Founding price

$4,950 $7,000

Cohort 2 starts in December at $7,000.

Excellent and invisible. At the same time.

You've been promoted twice. Then nothing for years. Everyone inside the company says you're the best. Then a consultant walks in at three times your day rate, presents something you could have written in an email, and gets paid.

The difference isn't skill. They have a name people recognize, a profile that says one clear thing, and a company that can send an invoice.

You have none of those three. Yet.

Six systems. Built, not studied.

Each one is a machine that keeps running after you build it. You don't move to the next until the current one is shipped.

  1. 01

    Positioning

One line that says who you help and with what. Signed off by Noel before you touch anything else.

  2. 02

    Website and search

A website on your own domain, set up so search engines rank it for your name and your specialty. One page per service, proper titles, and pages that answer what people already search for. LinkedIn rewritten to say the same thing.

  3. 03

    Content engine

A YouTube channel with your first videos published, and a weekly rhythm you can hold while employed. Every video also becomes an article on your site, so search keeps sending people to you.

  4. 04

    Entity

A registered company, a bank account, Stripe, an invoice template and a one-page contract. The thing that lets money land. UAE walked through step by step. US and Europe covered.

  5. 05

    Network

Approved on at least two expert networks and available for paid calls. Plus the 20-conversations method run on the contacts already in your phone.

  6. 06

    Offer and first buyers

A scoped, priced offer on one page. And either your first paid engagement or five booked conversations with people who could pay you.

Five ways experts get paid. You'll be set up for all five.

Most people only know about one. The first one is the fastest and almost nobody has heard of it.

Expert network calls
Expert networks pay experienced professionals for one-hour calls with their clients, usually investors and consulting firms doing research. Paid within weeks of approval. We get you registered and approved in week 5.
$300 to $1,000 an hour
Advisory days
A former colleague needs your eyes on something for two days before they sign. This is how Noel's first engagement happened.
$2,000 to $5,000 a day
Fixed-scope reviews
A contract review, a vendor selection, a process audit. Scoped on one page, priced as a piece of work, not by the hour.
$8,000 to $25,000
Productized offers
The same review, packaged, with a price and a Stripe link. Sold without a call.
From a link
Speaking, panels, advisory boards
Comes later. Comes from being visible. Covered in week 11.

Ranges are what experienced professionals in these markets typically charge. They are not a promise of what you will earn.

Monday

Online class

A short recorded class on that week's system, with the templates right under it. About ten minutes. Watch it on your phone, whenever suits you.

By Thursday

You ship it

One real thing, posted in the group. A positioning line, a live site, a company registration, an offer page. Not notes. Real things.

Friday

Live with Noel

One live session every week. Noel reviews real work in front of the group. Your positioning, your site, your search pages, your offer. You see yours get fixed and everyone else's too. Recorded if you miss it.

You're paired with one other person. You check each other's homework weekly. Nobody drifts.

Live sessions are scheduled to work across Dallas, London and Dubai.

Twelve weeks. Something real ships every Friday.

Common questions

Is it live or recorded?

Both. Each week has a short online class you watch on your own time, and one live session with Noel where he reviews your work in front of the group. Live sessions are recorded if you miss one.

I'm employed full time. Can I do this?

Noel is employed full time. Still is. Check your contract for conflict and exclusivity clauses, avoid your employer's clients, and keep it clean. Week 4 covers exactly how.

I'm not in the US or the Gulf. Does that matter?

No. Live sessions are at a time that works for Dallas, London and Dubai. Noel built all of this from Dubai and his first client was in the US. The entity week covers the US, the UAE and Europe, and the principle is the same anywhere: one company, where you live.

I don't want to be a YouTuber.

You won't be. You'll answer, on camera, one question a week that people already ask you at work. Each answer also goes on your site as an article, so search does the rest. No trends, no dancing.

I've never built a website. Is that a problem?

No. Week 2 walks you through a one-page site on your own domain, built over a weekend. Week 3 sets it up for search. No code, and Noel reviews it on the live session.

How much time does it take?

3 to 5 hours a week. One short online class, the homework, one live session. If you don't have that right now, wait for cohort 2.

What happens after I apply?

Noel reads every application himself. You'll hear back within 48 hours. If accepted, you get a Stripe link for the first half. Your seat is held for 72 hours.

What if I apply and the cohort is full?

You go on the waitlist for cohort 2 and you're first in line. No payment taken.

Starts Monday, November 9

You already have the skills. The only thing missing is that people can see them.

The question is whether you wait another two years.
